Our Story
“Jeffery Lefkovitz the inventor of the MÁS met Gary, a quadriplegic with a spinal cord injury who had been told he would never walk again. Gary's determination inspired Jeff to find a better solution for him and others with neurological injuries. He began by improving movement in Gary's hands and arms. The progress convinced him that more might be possible, but no available equipment could safely combine standing, exercise, and walking. While meditating, Jeff saw a complete machine in his mind, its parts, its construction, and how it could help people like Gary. He drew the design and began building the Mobility Activation Station, or MÁS.”
